On 8 March 2024, for the eighth edition of the ECOSYSTEX Insights Series dissemination webinar, we welcomed four ECOSYSTEX member projects, including one concluding soon and one that just recently started.

As the New Cotton Project is coming to an end soon, it presented its final results on demonstrating a circular model for commercial garment production. The T-Rex project discussed their whitepaper on digital solutions for waste and material mapping aspects of the project. SUSTRACK shared recent project developments on their identification and consolidation of the barriers to transitioning to a circular bio-based economy. Finally, the PESCO-UP project, which started recently, introduced how they will approach upcycling mixed textile waste into clean materials for the next use cycle.
