On 31 May 2024, for the ninth edition of the ECOSYSTEX Insights Series dissemination webinar, we welcomed four ECOSYSTEX member projects and explored a wide range of textile sustainability & circularity research topics, funded by the EU. 

The CISUTAC project presented four 2035 future scenarios and their newly developed textile waste decision support tool. The CALIMERO project goes beyond the life cycle sustainability assessment methodology and explained how. The SCIRT project discussed challenges of a textile-to-textile recycling journey from a brand perspective. The Hemp4Circularity project talked about their first results of mechanically cultivated long fibre hemp in Europe.
